IN-STORE PICKUP
- INSPECTION AT TIME OF PICKUP Please carefully inspect your order BEFORE leaving our premises. Verify that all products, quantities, and cuts are correct. If there is any issue, we will resolve it immediately.
- CUSTOM ORDERS Custom cuts and preparations are FINAL SALE. Once you have specified how you want your meat (thickness, quantity, type of cut), we cannot accept changes or returns.
- STANDARD PRODUCTS You have 24 hours after pickup to report quality issues. You must keep the product refrigerated and in its original packaging. You must contact us immediately with photos of the product.
- VALID REASONS FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND: ✓ Incorrect product delivered ✓ Damaged or opened packaging ✓ Product visibly in poor condition ✓ Incorrect quantity
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR: ✗ Change of mind after pickup ✗ Dissatisfaction with taste (personal preference) ✗ Product that has already been frozen/thawed by customer
- QUALITY GUARANTEE We take pride in our quality. If there is a legitimate problem with your purchase, we offer: product replacement, store credit, or full refund.
