Shipping policy

Pickup & Fulfillment Policy

At RyS Farm Meats, we do not offer home delivery or shipping. All orders are prepared for local pickup only at our location in North Carolina.

Pickup Method
All orders must be picked up in person. We do not ship products.

Scheduling Your Pickup
Pickup dates and times are coordinated at the time you place your order. Please pick up your order on the scheduled date and time. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Pickup Requirements
When picking up your order, please:

Arrive on your scheduled date and time
Present a valid photo ID matching the name on the order
Bring coolers or appropriate containers to transport perishable products
Ensure proper transport and storage of your products immediately after pickup

Uncollected Orders
If you do not pick up your order on the scheduled date and do not contact us to reschedule, your order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund, as perishable products cannot be held indefinitely.

Food Safety
Perishable products should not be left at room temperature for more than two hours (or one hour if the temperature is above 90°F / 32°C). You are responsible for maintaining proper food safety practices after picking up your order. We recommend bringing coolers with ice for transport.
